Unlock the benefits of a healthy organizational culture

Healthy organizational culture is paramount to the success of business and can only come from leaders and teams that understand the connection.

Effective organizational cultures focus on creating psychological safety that builds the resilience needed to create engagement from all stakeholders.

Our 3-step process to a healthy organizational culture

Step 1 Awareness Process Icon

Gain collective insight and awareness into the underlying beliefs, perceptions, and assumptions across your leadership team that are preventing your organization from creating a culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

Step 2 Understanding Process Icon

How people respond to those with different perspectives has a direct impact on the culture of an organization.  Our experienced facilitators create psychological safety for authentic conversations that allow participants to a gain deeper connection with each other.

Step 3 Change Process Icon

Interpersonal connection is the pathway to creating more inclusive organizational cultures.  Once beliefs, perceptions, and assumptions are no longer a barrier to building connection, leadership teams can begin moving an organization into alignment with its values.

'Learning by Doing' helps shape and  build an organizational culture
that aligns with core values:

  • Nature-based experiential learning with horses

  • Increased collective awareness

  • Real-time application of cultural competency

  • Practice being curious about the unfamiliar

  • Cohesion and engagement among participants

Create structure around your culture

Organizational development is a vital part of creating a culture that aligns with the values espoused by leadership.

3 Stages of the Process Icon

Our experiential programs create shared experiences that promote cohesion and engagement among participants. These shared experiences foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie, strengthening interpersonal relationships and reinforcing the values and norms that underpin the organizational culture.

As participants collaborate, problem-solve, and celebrate successes together, they develop a shared understanding of what constitutes effective behaviors and attitudes within the organization, further reinforcing the desired organizational culture.

Horses are flight animals, so they understand the importance of connection and collaboration in the context of their survival. This heightened awareness drives herd sustainability amidst constant threat and uncertainty, which isn't dissimilar to business landscapes.

Neuroscience offers valuable insights into the social nature of the brain in our reward and threat responses, habit formation, emotion regulation and neurodiversity all of which inform efforts to develop and sustain a healthy organizational culture.

By applying these learned behaviours and threat response insights, organizations can create cultures that promote interpersonal connection, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, innovation, and performance.

Build a Foundation

Developing leaders across the organization is a vital piece of the foundation needed to create a high performing organizational culture.

Effective leaders have the ability to set and communicate clear vision, influence stakeholders with confidence and the courage to take risk leads to growth.

Create the Layers

Strong teams leverage strengths of the team members to move through forming, storming, norming to performing.

Effective teams appreciate diverse perspectives and understand the importance of setting aside beliefs, perceptions and assumptions to work collaboratively.

Support the Structure

Supporting the development of leaders, teams and healthy cultures doesn't have to be something that happens in a vacuum.

Having an outside coach or facilitator can provide objective insight that moves the needle when developing strategy or exploring innovative solutions.
